Lovely decent sized bedroom with own bathroom clos

Looking for someone to share my house with my dog Harvey a working lab six years old , so must really love dogs and don’t mind he sits on the furniture he’s kinda one of the boys ! You have full use of kitchen and living room and garden!
I work pretty much most week days, I work in the building industry so up pretty early, I don’t mint if you smoke outside, I’m pretty laid back and easy going, love to cook and listen to some chooons ! Don’t ask for much just be respectful and I’m sure we will get on !
