Two double rooms available in Kingston houseshare

Two double rooms (partially furnished with bed and some storage) available in a four bedroom house in Kingston-upon-Thames. The house is a 12 minute walk from the train station and centre of town, is close to several parks, and is in a quiet residential area. The house is currently occupied by a tidy pair of friends. We are looking for two tenants who are reliable, tidy and hopefully with shared interests. Male or female - we don't mind!

-Council tax band D

-Video games
-Music (often, but not exclusively, metal)
-Warhammer
-Books and films
-BBQs all summer!
-One housemate is an avid cosplayer, and the other is a practising witch!

Basic House Rules:
-Be tidy
-Be considerate regarding noise due to shift patterns etc

House Facilities
-Large living room
-Kitchen with freezer, fridge, dish washer, washing machine and other usual appliances
-Double glazing and central heating
-Large garden
-Tidy bathroom
-Street parking adjacent, requiring a permit (around £80 per annum)
