Large Double room available for rent. The room overlooks the garden on a quiet, friendly road. About a 10min walk away from Norbiton Station and 15min away from Kingston Station, and less than 10minutes walk to Richmond Park.

The room comes with a large wardrobe and no other furniture. Happy to discuss furniture arrangements (furnished or unfurnished) depending on your needs. You'll have access to the living space downstairs and the garden, and all the figs in the garden during summer!

There is parking outside, but parking permit is required from the council.
There is a shed in the garden for bikes.

I am a live in landlady. Looking for someone I get along with—not just to share a roof. I enjoy running, rowing, cycling, swimming, art, music, and inviting friends over for dinner on occasion.
