A 1 month's security deposit is required.

To secure the room:
• A holding deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent is required. This amount will be deducted from your first payment.
• In addition, a 1 month's security deposit is required. This deposit will be held for the duration of the tenancy and returned at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement and the condition of the room.
• Once the holding deposit is received, you will be asked to submit your documents by email.
• The remaining move-in balance must be paid before your move-in date.
