Double Bedroom to Let in New Malden

No students please.

My flatmates and I are looking for one person to fill a spare bedroom in our New Malden flat. We're all working professionals who mostly keep to ourselves, but we're a pretty friendly bunch overall. Cleanliness (we use a cleaning rota), bills on time, and okay with pets are a must.

I have an eight year old, indoor cat, who loves everyone's and anyone's attention.

The flat isn't Camelot, but it makes up in location.

Situated above Tesco Express and across from pharmacy. About a 10 minute walk from a big Aldi.

Across the street from bus stop to Kingston (Kingston approx. 12 min away via transit) and next to bus stop to New Malden (approx 10 min. away via transit). 213 is a 24/7 bus, which is great for a night out. Norbiton station is within 15 minutes walking distance, which makes for an quick commute to Central.

There is a small park directly across the street, but we are also about a 20 minute walk away from Richmond Park.

Landlord is great, is flexible about the lease, and does not bother unless necessary.

Rent is per head, so don't worry about rent changing if a flatmate leaves. Council tax up to 50-80 p/mo depending on time of year; Bills run to about 60-100 p/mo, depending on time of year as well.

For council tax reasons, no students please.
