Subletting spacious room in Kingston:June and July

I am subletting my room in a shared house in Kingston for the months June and July. The room is very spacious, fully furnished and with lots of natural light. The house is in a very nice and quiet area in Kingston, less than 10 minutes walking distance from Norbiton station, to Kingston town center it is also only 10 minutes and for university students, Penrhyn Road campus is 15 minutes and Knight's park campus only 10 minutes away. I currently share the house with three other female students. We also have a big and beautiful kitchen, a small garden and a big living room. I am only asking for 400£ per month, which already includes most utilities and is a great value for the room.
