Furnished EnSuite room to let in a quiet clean house suitable for one working professional. Very close to Norbiton train station (quick into London) and Kingston Hospital (this house has been popular with Key workers at the hospital over the years). Walking distance to Kingston Town center and Richmond Park and sought after area. All rooms are ensuite in this huge house with a fridge freezer in each room. Only a large kitchen to share comprising 2 hobs and ovens, also 2 sinks, 2 microwaves,2 washing machines and 1 dryer with ample cabinets and drawers for all tenants. The kitchen is never crowded and over the years one housemate has been chosen to do the change over of rubbish bags in the kitchen and recycling, putting the bins out etc for a bit lower rent. Also there is a regular clean of the common areas every two weeks including the kitchen by a cleaner. The current housemates are all of extremely good character, clean, quiet and are busy going to work!. They respect and get along with one another but also keep their space.
Current housemates nationalities are 1 male from Columbia and 4 females from the Philippines working at Kingston hospital. Bills inclusive are council tax, gas central heating, water, wireless broadband and of course gas and electric for the kitchen. The electricity for the room is payable by the tenant as all rooms have their own meter.
