Solid oak floors throughout, refrigerator, washing machine, hob with extractor and oven. Central gas heating. Furnished. There is free parking on the street, which is quiet. Suitable for a single person only, not suitable for a couple or family. All bills are included, council tax, broadband as well. As I am looking for a lodger, I would prefer a female, as I am female myself. It is possible to have one cat, but property is too small for a dog.
