We are renting out a double room in our large and bright two bedroom new build flat in Kingston town centre. The room available has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the room has a built in double wardrobe. There is a large and modern open plan kitchen and living area. The flat includes a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Secure bike storage is also included.

The bedroom fits a double bed if you have your own.

Patrice is the current flatmate/live in landlord, he works from home Monday-Friday.

Area: the flat is in a great location in Kingston town centre. Located seconds from Kingston riverside and Kingston market place. Minutes walk from shops including the Bentall shopping centre,
John Lewis and Waitrose, as well as
numerous restaurants/coffee shops. 5 minutes walk to Kingston rail station.

Bills: approx £100-150 per month for internet, water, and electric (no gas in property). This will vary each month depending on usage of electric.

Deposit: £800

Available start of July.
