We are renting out a double room in our large and bright two bedroom new build flat in Kingston town centre. The room available has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the room has a built in double wardrobe. There is a large and modern open plan kitchen and living area. The flat includes a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Secure bike storage is also included.

I am Patrice, the current flatmate/live in landlord.

Area: the flat is in a prime location in Kingston town centre. Located seconds from Kingston riverside and Kingston market place. Minutes walk from shops including the Bentall shopping centre,
John Lewis and Waitrose, as well as
numerous restaurants/coffee shops. 5 minutes walk to Kingston rail station.

Rent: £950 per month (council tax included).

Deposit: £800

Available from 20th July 2024

This would be for a short term let of 3 months, however there is a likely possibility of extending for a few more months.
