This 4 bedroom detached house is looking for a 4th housemate in Kingston KT1 area. It is a detached house with a small garden, a good size kitchen, homely environment, wooden flooring and a partly furnished (bookcase, wardrobe, bed) double room with a balcony available.
The house is in a really good location, (5-10mins) walking distance to the town centre and train station but also very close to parks like Richmond Park and Fairfield Park. Multiple supermarkets nearby including Lidl, Aldi, Asda, Sainsbury’s etc.
The breakdown of cost per month is the following:
Rent £680 pm (yet to confirm as they might be an increase)
Utility bills & council tax: approx £171 (on top of rent)
We're looking for a housemate who's responsible, considerate, lovely to be around, tidy, professionals or students and also looking to contribute collaboratively to a comfortable home together. Please be expected that a cleaning rota will be present, alternatively tenants will need to arrange a cleaner on their behalf to help maintain the common areas.
Council tax and utility bills are arranged and sorted out by tenants so please be expected to help contribute to them.
The landlord has been very on it with repairs whenever needed, new cooker will be replaced amongst other small maintenance and repairs.
