Bright second-floor room with private bathroom. We are a family of 4 with adult children and a lovely cockerpoo dog. Our home is moments from the river and a short walk to Kingston university. Surbiton station is a 15 min walk or a 3 min bus. Regular trains to London Waterloo. The room benefits from a very large walk-in storage space and is fully furnished.

You will have access to a large kitchen with gas cooker, a laundry room with washer and dryer, large garden with two outdoor seating areas, and two shared living areas.

All bills included (including a fortnightly cleaner)
