I have a furnished room to rent in a 2 bed flat. It is a good-sized double room for single occupancy. Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with a mirror, chest of draws, desk and chair.

The flat comes with use of a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Amenities include TV, fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.

The flat also has access to a small tidy, secluded grass garden with outside seating area for eating/relaxing.

Rent is £950 per month. Plus share of bills such as council tax, electric, water and broadband.
