The house is a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Kingston. Rent is £640 per month. The room is available from the 8th September 2024 until 8th September 2025. House is shared by 3 others, James, Anaa and Kieren. All working so we are ideally looking for someone else who is also working. We need someone who is ready to move in on the starting date of the 8th of September, who has a trusted UK resident guarantor ready and who is willing to be very quick with paper work and excited to join the lovely house!
