Hi! I am Alex (32, male, live-in landlord) and I have an immediately available room available in my 3 bedroom house on a quiet road in Kingston. I mainly work from home as a Web Designer. I am into gym, fairly social and into F1 (Sky TV + sports included!) But don’t drink (allergic lol) or smoke. If you come back at 3am every Friday and Saturday this isn’t for you.
The bedroom currently has a single bed but I am happy to replace it for a double.
Comes with: bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, clothes rail, storage cabinet, mirror.

I am happy to get extra furniture if you so wish, feel free to stick stuff to walls and make your room homely :) Plants also welcome
Parking: £90 for permit. Guaranteed space on quiet road OR there are free spaces 50m up the road.
Bills: ~£100 in summer months ~£150 in winter months (depending on usage)
10 min walk to Norbiton station and 12 min walk to Kingston town centre.
I have a small garden with an outside seating area plus table and chairs.
Please note the bathroom (shared) is downstairs and features a shower and separate bath.
