Double Room w/ Ensuite Bath

I am moving out of the house and I need someone to replace my double bedroom with bath and shower overlooking the garden. I also have a massive wardrobe that I cannot bring with me so I am willing to sell it to the next renter.

Communal Areas:
The house has an open plan kitchen and living room.
The building itself is a newly built building when everyone moved in, it is about 1yr and 7months old building.

Housemates:
The house consists of all professional adults that works locally around Kingston area.
They love to do bbq in summer if time allows and also a movie night from time to time.

We keep the house very clean and tidy all the time so it is important that the next housemate would be as equally clean and tidy as everyone.

I am helping the lads to advertise my room so you might see a similar advert as we want to find the right housemate (ASAP)that would stay longer than me.
