We are looking for a housemate to share this property. The room is on the ground floor and comes furnished with a bed, storage and a desk. It comes with a shared bathroom, kitchen/living room and garden. On top of that we have 2 washing machines and a dryer. The bathroom will be shared with 2 other people as the other two rooms are en-suites. Bills are not included in the total but they add up to around £50

We are a friendly group and are looking forward to meeting someone to care for this house with.

The house is 10mins walk to Kingston University Penryhn Road Campus and 7 mins walk to Knights Park Campus so it's perfect for any student looking for a place nearby

We are also situated 10 mins from Kingston, ASDA and Lidl with a bus stop directly opposite our house taking us to Surbiton Station.
