I am looking for someone to take over the contract for my private student accommodation, spacious medium en-suite located in Kingston upon Thames, KT1. The room has its private bathroom, double bed mattress, storage for luggage, two wardrobes, Wi-Fi, TV, radiator, study table and chair. The kitchen is shared with six other flatmates that keep the kitchen clean.
The building has a grand lobby and contains a gym, cinema room, dance room, has billiards and table tennis facility. Laundry area is within the building. It’s less than 10 minutes away from Norbiton station and bus stop. Asda and Lidl are also about 10 minutes away. Kingston Town Centre is just 15 minutes away.

Conveniently located for students of Kingston University any campus and University of Roehampton

Contract date: December 2024 to 22 August 2025 (starting date can be discussed).

Rent is £265/- per week (all bills included)
Deposit £150/-
