This room is available from May - September, during which you can renew the contract, if you wish.
I will be moving out at the end of April, and I am looking for someone to take over my contract, students only.

This is a students only property, you have your own room with an en-ensuite. It is a 5 minute walk to the town centre, 15mins to the Kingston Station and 5-7 mins walk to the Penryhn Campus. It is the ideal place to be at, there is a bus stop right below the building making it easy to travel around and great range of restaurants around.

Rooms are fully furnished, with a desk lamp, desk, a double door cupboard, a double bed, bed side table and plenty of storage space around the room.
