First floor: Bedroom 1, another occupied bedroom, shower and bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
Second floor: Bedroom 2 (taken), another occupied bedroom, toilet.

Located in Central Kingston surrounded with every shop and supermarket you need.

Only a 10 minute walk according to Google but can be shorter.

Move in date can be discussed but June/July is preferred.
The end of the contract is March 2026 but if you find replacement, it is possible to move out earlier, and contract can be extended to July 2026.

The bills are not included. There is water, broadband and electricity bills. No council tax for students.

Security deposit is £865.25 per person.
