10-15 minutes walk to downtown kingston and kingston station
25-30 minutes walk to Kingston University

some excellent restaurants are downstairs, there's a chinese takeout, a Persian cafe, a boba tea cafe, and many others. it's quiet cute and i do a lot of baking (I make very good buttercream cakes)

Cleaning lady come in twice a month to clean the common areas
