Hey everyone! I’m moving out soon and looking for someone lovely to take over my spacious double room in a newly refurbished, relaxed and super friendly house share in Kingston. Trust me, you’ll love living here!

The room comes fully furnished with everything you need: a comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair – perfect whether you’re working from home or just want a cosy space to relax.

The house has three modern bathrooms with power showers (so no morning queues!), a fully-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher), and a spacious separate dining/living room with a big dining table and HD TV – ideal for unwinding with your housemates after work.

There’s super-fast fibre optic broadband, perfect for streaming Netflix or working remotely, and a weekly cleaner keeps shared spaces nice and tidy.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient: just 5 mins to Norbiton Station, 10 mins to Kingston Station and the town centre with all its shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

The landlord is genuinely easygoing – not intrusive at all and really quick to sort things out when needed. Plus, ALL bills are included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet, cleaner) so no extra costs or hassle!

The room is available from the end of May, and you can either stay until 9th August (when my current contract ends), or sign a new 6-month contract if you’re looking for a longer-term option.
