Lovely Newly Decorated Room Monday-Friday Only

Lovely newly decorated room, 12 mins from Kingston station.
I am only looking for a mid week lodger from Monday - Friday, from minimum 2 to maximum 5 days per week. I want someone who has a home outside of London and needs a base whilst working during the week.

This is a spacious bedroom in period property overlooking the garden. The room comes with brand new mattress and single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe with hanging space and a desk and chair.
Your room is yours and you are welcome to keep clothes/toiletries etc.
Use of shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and garden. You may leave your belongings in the room. Access to all kitchen basics and you can keep your food in the fridge. The house is non-smoking or vaping.

You'll share Monday to Friday with me, I am a down to earth illustrator with a busy life and a respect for others’ space. I work from home most days so this will suit someone who is at work in the daytime and needs a base to come home to during the weekday evenings.

The road is a cul de sac so is nice and quiet with a park at the end of the road yet steps away from the town centre and all its shops and amenities.
It is an 12 minute walk to Kingston rail Station, there are buses round the corner to pretty much everywhere and the town centre and riverside is a lovely 10 minute walk away. Sainsbury's local, Marks & Spencers and Aldi are a 5 minute walk away.

There is no very close parking as this is a town centre location, but there is a free parking spot about a 20 minute walk away if you are coming from further afield.
