Two Rooms Available

Hi,

we are a couple living in a house with two rooms available. We are professionals with one of us working 9-5 and the other working in a cinema!

we are looking for flatmates to occupy a smaller room for less rent but comes with a bed and a larger room but unfurnished. We’d be happy to chip in to get a bed. We are 10 mins walk from penrhyn road, bus stop is across the street and 20 mins walk from surbiton&kingston station.

we have one bathroom with good size living room and kitchen. washing machine but no tumble dryer. we have a video of 2nd room on request but will upload pictures soon

We’re tidy, quite quiet except when James is gaming and love to read. we watch movies every so often and are down to earth.

bills are roughly £120 each per month including council tax.
