Our beautiful flat located in Kingston is only a 2 minute walk from the river and 5 minute walk to the train station with links to London Waterloo in 20 minutes.

The flat is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms so you will have access to your own en suite bathroom. There is a kitchen/living room and balcony.

On street parking is available with a permit.

Looking for initially rent the room for 6 months with the potential to extend another 6 months to a year.

The room available is unfurnished.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

The rental price £1150p/m, this includes ALL bills (Council Tax, Water, Electric, Wifi).

Available from Oct 2025. The exact date is subject to change as the flatmate moving out is waiting on a completion date for her home.

About me (current flatmate)

I am 27 year old female, I work within the public sector in central London. I work shifts which means I will be working random hours and days of the week. I need someone who has similar work or is understanding of this. I work long hours and shift work/night shifts, I will sometimes be sleeping during the day when I get home.

I am very relaxed and laid back, in my free time I like to watch TV or place X-box in my room. I usually spend my days off recharging at home or out with my boyfriend. I am looking for someone who is friendly and laid back like myself.

Flatmate Requirements
