I’m offering a Silver En-suite room at IQ Accommodation for takeover starting January 2026.

The contract starts on January 3, 2026 and ends on August 28, 2026.

IQ is one of the largest and most reputable private student accommodation providers in the UK, so you can sign your contract safely and confidently.

The Silver En-suite room includes a private bathroom, sofa, and microwave.
The kitchen is shared only among residents of the Silver En-suite type rooms, so it’s used by a small number of people and kept very clean.

There are no additional utility fees, and as it’s a student-only building, there are security staff on-site 24/7.
The accommodation also includes excellent facilities such as a gym, laundry room, study areas, and cinema room.

Location: Kingston is a very safe and pleasant area.
There’s a Waitrose just 1 minute’s walk away, and within 5 minutes you can reach M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Korean marts (Osyeo, Seoul Plaza).

Due to personal reasons, my university admission has been canceled, so I urgently need someone to take over my contract.
