WE ARE four professionals (in our 30s), looking for a new housemate!
We are very friendly and respectful, and our house is quiet and cleaaaaan (living the dream) - don't let it fool you tho, we are also fun and love the occasional get together.
We would love to keep a good balance in our house and are very keen to find someone who fits with the current mood and who would like to spend time together as well as respect our privacy.

WE OFFER a furnished or unfurnished room to let in a house just by Kingston high street KT1, less than 2min walk away from Kingston Riverside.
Super easy access to Kingston centre!
Everything is 5/10m walk away: shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, gyms, buses and train stations, parks...you name it!.

THE DETAILS
DATE: As soon as possible.
BILLS: split evenly between everyone.
RENT: £450/m - Deposit: £562.50

THE HOUSE has a lovely garden, where we like to have barbecues when the weather lets us, laundry room with a tumble dryer and a crazy load of hanging racks - uhuh!, a small toilet by a huge garage (currently taken by a car), big fully equipped kitchen & dinning room and a bathroom (one of the girls has an ensuite room so the bathroom and toilet are to share between four of us only).
