Myself and three other housemates have lived here for several years, but now two of them are moving out to live with their partners.

The house is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Kingston. It is inbetween Kingston and Norbiton stations, with easy access via train into Central London.

There are 2 large double rooms to rent available from 10th March 2026. One of these rooms is located upstairs, and one on the ground floor. The rent is £585 pcm for the upstairs room, and £545 pcm for the downstairs room. Bills are generally around £175 pcm - this includes council tax, utilities, TV and broadband.

The house is very spacious with a large front room, good sized kitchen and decent sized garden.
