I'm a healthcare worker at the local hospital. I'm looking for someone to share the flat I am currently living in as the my flat mate is moving out in March.
I'm a laid back Individual, looking for a flatmate who can transfer rent and bills on time. Bill costs are roughly : - Council tax- £110each, energy £30-£60 each depending on season, £15.05 each for WiFi and water is £21.
I have furnished the living room and kitchen myself which I'm happy to share. Unfortuantly the bedroom would need to be furnished yourself (there is a built in wardrobe which is on the small side)
Current flatmate can have the room emptied and cleaned by February 12th at the earliest
Looking for more of a professional relationship rather than a social one.
- I don't drive myself so the parking spot is available.
