I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at a student 4 bed house in Kingston Upon Thames as soon as possible! It is a house of 2 girls and one guy with a living room, big kitchen/ dining room, garden and 1 bathroom and 1 toilet next to the bedroom you would have. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, chair, side table, chest of drawers and cupboard. The rent is £700 ppm including bills and council tax. bills Kingston is the perfect commute town as the house is a 10min walk away from Kingston station or a 10min bus to Surbiton station, where you take the train to waterloo, then you can take the tube anywhere in London! Kingston is a really lovely, safe town with loads of shops and pubs and places to go out. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SHORT TERM TENANCY THAT ENDS AT THE END OF AUGUST!!.
