A high-performance air purifier and dehumidifier ensures that laundry dries quickly in the room and eliminates concerns about condensation in winter.
The windows offer views of greenery, creating a private space where you need not worry about being seen from outside.
[Suitable for two people]
As the room is spacious, we welcome two people to share. In this case, the rent is £400 per week (all-inclusive). Please feel free to enquire if you are sharing with a friend or similar.
[Payment & Rules]
Weekly rent: £300 (all inclusive: utilities, Council Tax, high-speed WiFi, TV licence, etc.). £400 for two people. Any partial amounts will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Deposit: £600 (or £800 for two people)
*You may terminate the tenancy and move out at any time, provided you give us two weeks’ notice. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded in full (or applied to the final week’s rent) provided there are no issues.
