Students only - 5-10 mins walk from Knight’s Park campus and 10-15 mins walk to Penrhyn Road campus. Also 15mins walk to Kingston and Norbiton stations.

Located behind Kingston Grammar School, right beside St Joseph’s Primary School. Nice, quiet and safe area while being near the liveliness of the heart of Kingston.

lovely house with 5 double bed rooms, each furnished with a wardrobe and desk and extra storage space. For room 3 (smallest room) there is extra storage available in the upstairs hallway which you will get priority over.

There are also 2 restrooms. One is a toilet and sink downstairs by the front door and the other includes a toilet, sink and shower.

No living room but there is a conservatory with a table and chairs, great for socialising and hanging laundry.

The conservatory leads out to the garden, which leads to the car park behind the house. If you drive, you will need to buy a permit to park here.

Tenancy start date is subject to change - could be 19/08/2026 but will be no later than 31/08/2026.
