Hi I’m planning to move out of my room by may so I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in taking my room till the end of the contract 17th August 2026. It is a spacious room with a double bed, big desk, south facing windows and a very big wardrobe perfect for storage.
It’s a shared bathroom with 2 other girls on the second floor and a shared kitchen with 4 other girls, however over summer less will be constantly living there.
It’s a 3 minute walk from Penrhyn campus Kingston university
10 minutes to knights park campus
15-20 minute walk to Kingston station that goes directly to Waterloo.
Bills not included but don’t go over about £70 per month.
Can move in earlier if wanted.
