Lovely En-Suite Room in Student Hall (5 weeks)

Hey, I am looking for someone to take over the last 5 weeks of my tenancy, as my semester abroad is coming to an end.
The room is a bright, cosy premium en-suite in a student residence, with your own private bathroom. You will be sharing a modern kitchen and a really nice communal area with a TV, pool table and table football, which is perfect for relaxing or meeting people. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the building.
The location is amazing, only a 5-minute walk to Penrhyn Road Campus (Kingston University) and very close to Kingston town centre with lots of shops, cafés and everything you need. It is also super well connected by public transport.
I have genuinely had such a great experience living here. The staff are always friendly, helpful and easy to reach, and I have felt very comfortable and safe the whole time.
