A quiet, modern and comfortable 2 bedroom flat with gated parking, your own bathroom with shower and bath, shared living room and kitchen. Not on a main road, so quiet, but only a 10 min walk to Kingston or Norbiton stations, or a 20 min walk/5 min bus ride to Surbiton for fast trains to Waterloo, with buses stopping about 100m from the door.

Best of all - I work away during the week so you get the place to yourself. I'm keen to have someone I can trust when I'm not around, who will occupy the place Monday to Thursday nights. I leave early most Monday mornings and get back Friday afternoons so our paths would rarely cross. There is broadband and TV available and bills can be discussed on moving in. Mature, clean, sensible people only please - I need to know that the flat and all my stuff will be looked after!
