Must be quiet and respectful of all residence in the house, at all times. Would suit someone who requires a quiet study space to work in, keeps themselves to themselves, and is clean/tidy. There will be monthly inspections by landlord if the place is not kept clean/ tidy this will incur an additional cost to get a cleaner. For students only.

NOTE: No visitors. No pets. Non-smoking.
