This is a quiet, peaceful residential lodging with shared use of a kitchen and bathroom. It would suit a quiet respectful, clean and tidy person who is out during day working full time or studying at the university.

Please be aware people are expected to respect all genders, nationalities, faiths and cultures. Females and males are welcome to stay at this property.

This is a friendly furnished home located in a quiet close nextdoor to Richmond Park, very near to Kingston Hill University campus and Kingston Hospital.

This accommodation is ideally located for students or hospital staff. It is walking distance to the Kingston Hill University campus (FREE university KU1 bus service a 2 min walk away) 7 minute walk to Kingston Hospital.

For people travelling from overseas bedding and bed linen can be hired if needed for a one off charge per person for the entire stay or you can provide your own. Please ask when making your enquiry if this provision is needed.

Local amenities (2 min walk away) local bus stops, corner shops, cafe, dry cleaners, hairdressers, and dress maker/tailor.
