Easy access to Orpington Station (fifteen minutes walk), bus five minutes, which has a brilliant service to Cannon Street, London Bridge and Charing Cross, Bromley South Station has easy access to Victoria. Local shopping includes Sainsbury’s, , Marks and Spencer both within walking distance, and Bluewater is fifteen minutes drive.
1/2 mile drive to Chelsfield Station (fast trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street) and 10 min walk to Orpington Station. Both in Zone 6. On Bus Route 61 goes past regularly R1 and near R3. Good transport links for SE London (A21, A20 and M25).

A deep clean will be thoroughly carried out prior to your arrival. This will include all mirrors, inside cupboards, shelves, kitchen area, shower screens, oven, including all cabinets and fridge freezer. The condition of the rooms will be expected to be left in the same way when your contract finishes. We are happy to organise this for you. Cost will be taken from your deposit. The average fee for a deep clean will be between £100/150,... £15.00 PER HOUR
