Large clean modern block garden section share

This is a large 2 double bedroom flat in a modern block with big rooms. Modern fittings. Small garden section. Garage for storage only. Street parking mainly, Off street parking sometimes available. I stay in the second bedroom a few nights per week and am looking for the right person to share the flat. You as the main occupant and me as the occasional user of second bedroom. I am only seeking an employed tenant who goes out to work on a regular basis not a full time home worker. No parties or large groups. Legitimate reference from previous landlord and proof of your employment. Rent is plus utilities bills, fair use of WiFi is included. Rent is for single person. You would have main double bedroom, main use of living/dining room, kitchen. Eat in kitchen. It is part furnished including wardrobe, chest draws, cupboard, crockery, washing machine, sofa, table, TV etc. Possible bed included. You need to be a naturally tidy person that looks after things. If you have pet this would have to be agreed. Close to New Barnet overground and High Barnet tube 10 min walk.
