Hi , the room is a double with an ensuite, consisting of a walk in shower ,sink with under vanity unit and toilet . there are fitted wardrobes and drawers . there is also an arm chair and plenty of drawers.
I share a cocker spaniel with my daughter, so the lodger must be ok with dogs and must be a non smoker.
there is a front garden and a back courtyard garden . Parking on the street is free .
