I am a 25 year old and I work full time. I live with another 25 year old female who works and travels. The house is a modern three bedroom house in New Barnet, walking distance from both New Barnet and High Barnet station. There is a driveway, garden, utility room, large kitchen and large living room. It is a double bedroom and a shared bathroom with one other. The bathroom is large, there are 2 sinks, a shower and a separate bath.
The price is advertised with bills included. There is also an electric vehicle charger available on the drive.
There is a double bed frame in the room, a desk/dressing table area and cupboards. The garden is large, grassy and has an outdoor sofa.

Preference for someone vegetarian but not a deal breaker.
