Furnished single room in lovely shared house available, 10 mins walk from New Malden station and 5 mins to bus routes. Looking for professional to live with three males and one female.
The house is in very good condition throughout with double-glazing; a spacious lounge with dining area; bathroom, shower room; a small but sunny garden and the kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is situated in a quiet area with plenty of parking space on the surrounding streets and there’s space in our garage for a bicycle.
The rent of £400 per month includes council tax while bills for gas, electricity, water, telephone and wi-fi are shared and estimated to around £35 pounds per month each.
Existing housemates have lived together for a few years now. We are a friendly and considerate bunch that are looking for a like-minded person.
We would also consider Mon-Fri let for £380 a month, including bills.
