Description
We are looking for a housemate to join our friendly communal home.
YOU:
We would love someone who is social and friendly who would like to cook together and share a House meal occasionally and enjoy hanging out ( from watching movies to game nights.).we want someone who cares about our home and will work together to make it feel like homely. we have a wonderful garden and would be great if someone was green fingered to help keep it so loverly and grow vegetables. Someone who respects and enjoys their own space but who is also part of the house and not just looking for a room.. someone that is clean and tidy, we have a weekly cleaning rota
We are looking for someone that works full time and not at home.
we share pots, plates, cutlery and things like oil and spices so no need for any.
each month we buy house cleaning supplies and split the cost
A bit about Clare 40:
I love trying new things and picking up new hobbies.
I love to go for walks in nature and find new places to explore
- I work as a youth worker and forest school leader at a London city farm so work some weekends.
A bit about Pete 46:
Peter loves football and watching the games at home or the pub.
Peter had a daughter that visits a couple times year.
Peter enjoys going to watch musicals and exploring London
- Peter works in data and from home mon-fri
the room:
the room has a double bed and build in wardrobe. the bed has a new mattress and new carpet. the room has also been decorated recently. The room is at the back of the house.
the house:
we have a larger living room where we enjoying hanging out and open plan kitchen. we have and share all appliances in the kitchen.
garden - we have a nice size garden with seating and fire pit which is great for relaxing around. we have plenty of space to grow vegetables.
Cleaning - we follow a cleaning rota, doing a house clean each week to keep the house tidy.
Location :
Close to Newbury Park station on the Central Line, 5 min walk.
Close to Sainsbury's, B&M, Aldi , and other shops.
