Spacious room for let in a super clean home. Desired location. Nearest tube Newbury Park, nearest train Seven King, both approx 7-10 mins walk. Bus to/from Ilford stops outside the house. Spacious living space internal and external. Side access for bikes too. Room is currently used for storage but will have single bed, will consider adding a double bed if needed.
No couples please. Only looking for a single occupant. Home is halal only, so no pork permitted for religious reasons.
