We have a loft master bedroom with a table and private shower room in Newbury Park which will become available.

The master bedroom would suit a couple or two females with no pets -ideally, we are looking for responsible, mature, professional people with life experiences those who are warm-hearted, friendly & empathic people with humanistic values to fit in easily with our Hindu Bengali family traditions, cultural values and life at home. So having an open and accepting heart and mind is a must.

Important House rules include: no alcohol. cigarettes, vaping, or recreational drugs also no pork or beef is allowed in the house due to our Hindu Bengali cultural and religious beliefs.

The room and shower room are currently £900.00 per month for a couple or £800.00 for a single person with all bills included. However, we are open to negotiations.

Amenities are within 5 minutes' walking distance, and everything is very close by, so the location really is a fantastic and convenient place to live.

We also have four large and main supermarkets nearby: Aldi, Lidl Sainsbury’s, and Nisa. We also have Asian groceries, a discounted grocery store, and two B&M’s on our doorstep. There is also a handy post office, dry cleaners, hairdressers, and barbers, two retail parks, two pharmacies, two parks with a playground, and a farm with horses to unwind in.

Also, we have a back garden with a pond and bench to relax in and a gorgeous friendly cat from next door who pops by now and then -so being cat-friendly will be helpful : )
A GP surgery, diabetic center. children's centers are only a stone’s throw away across the road.

The area also has McDonald’s, restaurants, a fish and chip shop, and a few cafes.

We are conveniently on the central line & only a 30 min ride away from central London. The tube station and bus stops to local shopping centers in Ilford/Romford are also within 10 minutes and in walking distance of the house.

It is a very lovely & convenient location to live in : )
We will require a week's notice for anyone interested so that we can prepare the room. Viewings will begin from 1st December 2024.
