Spacious double room with large private bathroom

I have a lovely bright and spacious double room available, which comes with a recently renovated large bathroom.

The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared open plan living room and kitchen area. I have put in a lot of effort to make the place feel like a home so I am looking for a considerate and tidy flatmate(s) who will look after the place as their own. If a couple would like to rent the spare room it would be £1500 per month.

The flat is 8-10 minutes walk from Newbury Park station (on the central line) and there is a choice of 3 large supermarkets all within a 5-7 minute walk (Sainsbury's, Aldi, Lidl). There is also free on street parking if you have a car. If you enjoy walks or runs in nature then Fairlop Waters is also nearby. I have happily lived in the area for over 7 years so I'm sure you will also enjoy it!

My place isn't suitable for individuals who like to listen to loud music, cook late meals, or generally use the kitchen/living room area beyond 11pm since noise travels easily throughout the property and would wake up me and the neighbours.

I am willing to extend the rental length for the right person.
