I have 1 large double bedroom available to rent in a newly renovated property within 5 minutes walking distance of Newbury Park Station and 20 minutes walking distance of Seven Kings station.

This house is ideal for students or professionals like myself who need to commute into Central London and would like to be close to the tube. The house will be shared by males & females.

The rooms are large and spacious and bills (council tax, gas and electricity) are included in the asking price. In 1-2 months I will hire a cleaner to come every 2 weeks to clean the communal bathroom and kitchen which has been factored into the price.

I am a live-in landlord who will be based on the ground floor. I have my own kitchen and bathroom installed for my use downstairs and a seperate kitchen and bathroom has been installed upstairs.

I’m a chartered accountant based predominantly in the office. In my spare time I like to spend time with my friends and family and go out for dinner. I also enjoy reading, crocheting and listening to music.
