Rooms to let (bills included) - £750 per month

I have 4 bedrooms available to rent in a large newly renovated double-fronted property within 4 minutes walking distance of Newbury Park Station and 20 minutes walking distance of Seven Kings station.

This house is ideal for students or professionals like myself who need to commute into Central London and would like to be close to the tube.

There is on-street parking available.

The rooms are large and spacious and bills are included in the asking price. In 1-2 months I will hire a cleaner to come every 2 weeks to clean the communal bathroom and kitchen which has been factored into the asking price of £750 per room.

I am a live-in landlord who will be based on the ground floor. I have my own kitchen and bathroom installed for my use downstairs and a seperate kitchen and bathroom has been installed upstairs.

I’m a chartered accountant based predominantly in the office with occasional WFH. In my spare time I like to spend time with my friends and family and go out for dinner. I also enjoy reading, crocheting and listening to music.

Bedding and pillows can be provided upon request but you may choose to use your own - please let me know. I have left the plastic covering on the mattress to keep them clean but this can be removed.

I would prefer for the house to be a female-friendly space and couples will not be considered. Pets (like cats) will be considered.
