Room for rent in Newbury Park

Hey my name is Sharu and i'm renting out the other room in my house. It has a double bed with storage in four drawers under it. A desk and chair can be put in upon request. This was the house I grew up in and recently bought so it means a lot to me!

I'm a 26 year old professional currently working in the civil service and I don't really have any preferences when it comes to potential housemates. As long as you keep the place clean you are free to do whatever! There is a big shared living room and plenty of kitchen and fridge space.
