About the house & household

There are currently 4 males and 1 female living in the house. We have no preference regarding gender, we’re simply looking for someone friendly, respectful and considerate.

We have a really friendly and relaxed household where everyone respects each other’s privacy and personal space. It’s not just a house where everyone comes home and shuts their bedroom door!

We occasionally enjoy cooking together and sharing food, and in the evenings and especially at weekends, we like to spend time together in the garden, particularly when the weather is nice. 🌿☀️

There’s a good balance between having a friendly, social household and giving everyone their own peace and privacy.

🐾 Pet Friendly

We don’t currently have any pets, but if you have a pet, we’re happy to consider it. We’re a pet-friendly household and would be happy to welcome a furry friend, subject to a discussion beforehand.

The house is in a convenient location, with Newbury Park Central Line station only around 5 minutes’ walk away, making it easy to get into Central London. Local shops, supermarkets and other amenities are also nearby.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate of others, and who would enjoy being part of a friendly and welcoming household.
