Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the tenancy in a lovely 2-bed ground floor flat in Kingston upon Thames, south-west London – just moments from Richmond Park.
🛏️ The available room is the largest in the flat – bright and spacious, with large windows (fitted blinds) and a decorative fireplace (not in use). It’s unfurnished, so you can really make it your own, and my flatmate is happy to install a lock on the door for added privacy if you’d like.
You’ll be sharing with a friendly 25-year-old professional woman who works in the corporate sector and lives with her very sweet lap cat, Coco 🐾. She’s ideally looking for another woman of a similar age who’s clean, respectful, and easy-going. She’s social, enjoys baking (there’s usually something sweet to try!), and is a great flatmate overall.
The flat has a private garden, lovely neighbours (she often bakes for the one upstairs!), and a great balance of privacy and shared space. The smaller room will be used as a shared living space, with an extendable dining table and an armchair – ideal for meals or working from home.
🛁 The bathroom has recently been updated with new flooring and a new bath panel.

- Kingston upon Thames (SW London)
- 10 mins walk to Norbiton Station, ~40 mins to London Waterloo
- Excellent bus links across south-west London
- 30 seconds from Richmond Park – perfect for nature lovers
- ASDA & Lidl are 15 minutes on foot / 5 mins by bus
🚗 While there’s no formal parking, there’s a shared area behind the flats used by neighbours, and you can also apply for on-street parking via the council.

- Deposit: £977 (protected and returned at the end of tenancy)
- Tenancy runs until end of April 2026

- You’ll need to pass a credit check with the lettings agent (Snellers) – minimum £25,500 annual income required
